As café owners ourselves, we know the challenges associated with retail staff training.  Often the tenure of our staffs are limited, and as small business owners we are reluctant to invest in staff development.  Through the lens of local small business owners, we have crafted a unique program to support café’s in their in house training objectives.

We have created a cost effective, custom tailored, training program for retail café staff.  Our certified barista’s, instructors, and program director will tailor training to fit your needs and budget.

Investment: 

Retail Café Training is an investment in the overall success of your café! We’re excited to work with you to design a unique training program for your team.  The cost of the program is broken into two components, the first the foundation day, which includes customized internal policies / proceeds. This class is a four hour session held at the BD Barista School ( $ 200) or onsite ($ 300).  The second component is the individual topical courses which are based on a variable costs dependent on the number of students, and required sessions.
