Food Safety 

Participants of this course will experience an introduction to Food Safety for all food, beverage, and hospitality associates.This course is taught by a ServSafe certified manager and is highly recommended for any current or prospective food and beverage employee.

This course covers:

  • Introduction to foodborne illness and pathogens
  • How to mitigate risk of contamination

NOTE: This course does not meet the requirements nor formal food safety certification.
